21 Jun SLOANS TAKE HOME FOUR WINS AT AUSTRALIAN HAIR INDUSTRY AWARDS 2023!
It’s been a VERY good month for the Sloans team following our night out for the annual Australian Hair Industry Award’s Creative 2023 gala celebration at the The Star, Sydney. Most of you would know we were up as Finalists for four awards so we were very excited and hoping we would be able to bring an award or two home to the North Shore. Turns out, we sure did!
First up the Sloans Creative Team were named AHIA Creative Team of the Year 2023, followed by Anne Russell of Sloans of Lane Cove named AHIA New Creative Talent of the Year 2023, as well as joining her Sloans North Sydney colleague Meghan King as part of the next-gen HOTSHOTS team for 2023.
We couldn’t believe we were able to head on stage for every award to accept a win and we couldn’t be prouder of the team.
Launched in 2012 by esteemed trade visionaries Mocha Publishing, the AHIA’s are celebrating their 12th year as the trusted national award platform which provides a benchmark of excellence across both specialist and individual Educational and Business categories and the third year that the Creative categories have been given their own awards program.
Created by the amazing Linda Woodhead, she was thrilled to recognise our achievement;
“The entire North Shore community should be so proud of the amazing Sloans teams. They have firmly proven themselves as some of the industry’s most talents and I am so excited to have them continue as ambassadors for the awards program and their local area. As with all our 2023 winners they are looked to both nationally and globally as innovators in technique, trend and service.”
