As the best salon in North Sydney and the best salon in Lane Cove we work hard to ensure we are at the cutting edge of trends and technique and able to provide the best cuts, the best colours and the best styles to everyone who walks through our salon door. But we are also proud to be trusted to look after the locks of some high profile clients as well. Over the past few months we have been responsible for some of our favourite looks on Instagram and here we run down a few key looks.
Our North Sydney Director Jordan is responsible for the amazing winter blonde refresh for Beauty Crew Beauty Editor Iantha Yu. Iantha has naturally black hair so lifting it to this buttery blonde is no mean feat, but it’s a challenge Jordan, her self-titled ‘mane man’, loves. Working with our beloved L’Oreal Professionnel, the masters of blonde, he was able to layer in an incredible mix of complementary tones to create the best blonde possible.
Lane Cove’s Brittany was responsible for Andrea Pejic’s tousled blow out at the recent Kerastase event. Wanting a look that had plenty of movement and texture, this look perfectly frames the face and shows off the features of this supermodel. There is also a hint of subtle curl through the length making it an ultra-wearable style and one we love creating at the best salon in Sydney.
Chris from Lane Cove, current FAME Team 2019 member and one to watch, was enlisted by the incredible Julie Bishop to look after her trademark pixie crop for a recent Business Chicks event in Sydney. Styling is obviously a little limited with such a short cut but Chris was able to give the style lift and flexibility with a fresh take on the classic look.
Chris was also the man behind stunning Rachel Finch’s Stellar magazine shoot. This health and wellness powerhouse is known for her glowing skin and shiny hair so this was a style departure for the model. Chris was able to give her an edgy look thanks to a sleek wet look finish. Her long locks were combed down straight with a touch of added height at the crown for a flattering finish.
